The Rwanda child and youth welfare team regularly advises which projects are particularly urgent and should therefore be supported. Depending on the amount of donations, we then implement these together with the people on site – be it water tanks, mattresses, solar systems for power supply, goats, cooking sets or school materials.

In addition, thanks to numerous larger donations, the association was able to start its own educational project in the Rutunga sector in 2019: the construction of a nursery school. In January 2020, the children of the first nursery school class of the Happy Kids School were enrolled. In order to support these children in the long term during their school career, the construction of a primary and secondary school is also planned in the near future.
